The Cheyenne Logistics Hub at Swan Ranch Wyoming is a project that has been in the works for several years. The 7,200 acres along Interstate 25 and Interstate 80 is owned by the McMurry family, founders of the Jonah Field and well known contributors to the State of Wyoming. The McMurry family has teamed up with Granite Peak Development to begin work on the 1500 acre industrial component.

The Cheyenne Logistics Hub at Swan Ranch Wyoming will consists of an industrial rail component and highway business. There will be access to two Class I rail lines and two major interstate highways. The industrial component will include a transloading facility with a third party provider.
